Holiday Countdown Series - Day 10

We have just a couple of days left in our series, so make sure you leave comments on the blog so you can have a chance at that $50 gift certificate! Amber here today, and I'm so happy to share a Christmas card with you.
I didn't do any stamping on this card, although you could easily modify this design if you'd prefer to stamp the background. I used a Tim Holtz stencil and some embossing paste to create the sweater background on a kraft card base made from Neenah Desert Storm.
For the sentiment, I used a "Christmas Blessings" die and cut it out three times from Red Lacquer cardstock. I wanted to create a very dimensional sentiment, one that almost looked like chipboard. By cutting it out three times and adhering the layers to one another, I think I achieved that dimension I was going for.
The dots on the i's were just a little smaller than I wanted to deal with, so I added in a couple of red sparkle gems and it added just a little touch of bling to the simple card!
